Q: What services do you provide?

A: The UCD Health TEAM Lab provides physical health and nutrition assessment. You can measure your cardiovascular and respiratory fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and nutrition habits. We can provide feedback and help you identify strategies to increase your health and well-being and point you to campus resources.

Q: Is there a remote option?

A: Yes! We can provide many (but not all) of our services remotely and we'd be happy to connect with you on our Zoom link that is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 11-1 and 4-6: ucdavis.zoom.us/j/95238896705

Q: How much do these services cost?

A: Nothing! Our services our completely free to participants. We receive support from Healthy UC Davis, the Department of Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior in the College of Biological Sciences, and from RIVER and other volunteers. This support allows us to help you completely free of charge.

Q: Who can use your services?

A: Anyone! Our services are open to any member of UCD or the surrounding community.

A: We are open in-person and online every Tuesday and Thursday from 11-1 and from 4-6.

Q: Where are you located?

A: The College of Biological Sciences has generously provided a space for us at Hutchison 171. You can enter from the south side off Storer Mall, just west of California Ave.
